Good morning! We’re one week away & here are some amusing JM faces too

As the excitement & anticipation continue to build with just one week left until our chase actually begins my daughter is busy worrying about the important issues like which shoes go best with which outfit. I on the other hand, am dealing with the less significant details like renewing the car registration & having a tune up done for our 9 hour trek to Michigan! As it should be I suppose. You’re only young once which also reminds me that all that time in a VW beetle is probably going to be worse on me than on her! Nonetheless, we are both super stoked about both shows for next week & hoping John takes this time to revive & catch up on some rest. We want him at his best. Soon I’ll begin my obsessive list making process to decide what exactly is needed for all these upcoming road trips. Lets not forget the vodka! Might need some of that right now! Well, I leave you for this morning with some more of JM’s comical faces!

ok, I just have to post this for you first, b/c I think it’s hilarious & second, b/c I hope for it not to be Morgan or myself during our “chase.” lol
Albeit this woman seems to catch him off guard, I am more than a bit disappointed that JM didn’t even stop & acknowledge her. What gives with that?
I give her props for having the balls to get up & do it in the first place! With that said, Doesn’t she remind you of the prancercize lady? lol

A Nugget of info about me…if you care

Well you may not care, but I don’t watch TV. Not at all aside from movies on dvd. Music has always been my passion for as long as I can remember! I raised my daughter pretty much the same way & listening to everything, however she does watch tv periodically. I remember when she was in 5th grade the music teacher told them to bring in their favorite cds. She took Louis Armstrong, my good friend’s local classic rock band Crystal Skies, & of course what 5th grader could leave out N’Sync! (well I still love JT, but anyway)

I’m also a huge Beatles fanatic! My biggest travel accomplishment thus far in my life has been to cross Abbey Road & sign my name to the wall. Well, below is a picture of my 25lb. cat, Rigby. I’m sure you can figure out where her name came from. Now Rigby, you see hates music & always has!!! What was that you ask? Yes, I said my 10 year old, slightly chubby cat who is named after a song (as all of my pets are) absolutely hates music. She’ll get up & leave the room when the radio is on & she will walk right up to & bite anyone who’s singing! How crazy is that? I wonder if she would bite JM? No doubt she would! lol She doesn’t care how well or how poorly a person sings. She hates it all! I just think this is hilarious & wonder how this is even possible? Poor Rigby! She’ll never escape the music in this house!

Probably a little shallow & most guys won’t appreciate this one, but I DO!

None of my Business, but John & Katy…What’s going on there?

We’ve all seen the video clip or at the very least heard about how John Mayer gushed on & on in Philly at his 4th of July show about how Katy Perry is his “Face to Call Home” & how “wonderful & supportive” she is and then dedicated the song to her. blah, blah, blah… Yes it was sweet & mushy, but one has to wonder how much of that speech she actually wrote herself, with all her supposed demands & rules.

Nonetheless, up until recently he has been singing his song “Face to Call Home” as his last at almost every show. Now we’ve all also seen or heard about John & Katy spending some time together since his last few shows have been in California. (How about that poor girl who asked for a pic & he just did a photo bomb in her selfie? What’s up with that JM? No John, it’s nowhere near the same thing, but anyway…) Yeah, in CA & spending time with the honey & then… The last 2 shows he’s not played “Katy’s song” last to wind up the night. He’s also added “Fool to Love You” to his setlist as of late. Which could be just b/c as he says his voice is improving little by little & maybe it’s one of the more recent songs he’s been able to add. Then again, since John seems to express himself via his songs is there a little bit more to it?

I personally don’t like Katy & I REALLY despise that the media has named them “Jaty!”  That’s just plain fucking retarded!  My daughter Morgan, on the other hand  & I’m sure many other hormonally supercharged ladies out there certainly hope these are signs that John will be back on the market soon.  LOL   Either way, it doesn’t really matter what we think in the long run.  Just thought I’d ramble a bit about “Things that make me go hmmmm.”
